Firm Attorney Co-Authors Book on Handling ERISA Governed Disability Claims
Firm attorney, Robert E. Hoskins, deceased, was co-authoring a chapter in a new publication that will be forthcoming from Bloomberg BNA Publications. The volume is scheduled to be published in 2016 and the chapter which Mr. Hoskins was authoring deals with handling ERISA governed disability claims through the pre-litigation appeal/review process.

Legal publication, South Carolina Lawyers Weekly, announced the winners of its annual competition (2009) for the best law firm websites in South Carolina. Greenville's seven attorney Foster Law Firm, LLC garnered the top prize beating out many other firms including much larger firms with hundreds of attorneys. Deceased firm partner, Robert Hoskins, said that "the firm worked very hard on the website". He added that the website, http://www.erisaexperience.com/, was created especially for the purpose of enhancing the firm's clients claim experience and that it was nice to see the firm's "hard work recognized with this honor". Hoskins added that the firm will continue to improve the site to make it an even better resource for the firm's clients and prospective clients.
