Robin Foster selected for induction as a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America

Foster Law Firm LLC is proud to announce that attorney Robin Foster has been selected for induction as a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America, 2011, an honorary trial lawyer society whose membership is limited to less that one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

ERISA Experience Wins Best Website Award

Legal publication, South Carolina Lawyers Weekly, announced the winners of its annual competition (2009) for the best law firm websites in South Carolina.  Greenville's seven attorney Foster Law Firm, LLC garnered the top prize beating out many other firms including much larger firms with hundreds of attorneys.  Firm partner, Robert Hoskins, said that "the firm worked very hard on the website".  He added that the website, http://www.erisaexperience.com/, was created especially for the purpose of enhancing the firm's clients claim experience and that it was nice to see the firm's "hard work recognized with this honor".  Hoskins added that the firm will continue to improve the site to make it an even better resource for the firm's clients and prospective clients.  Click here to read the story recognizing ERISA Experience as the top legal website in the State of South Carolina.
